We are looking for Technical Manager who has an intense curiosity in emerging technologies in the web frontend space and can promote technical strategy, lead adoption on new initiatives, and enable the team to work cross functionally to execute on the end goals. Primary Job Responsibilities Lead/Manage a team of developers on both new feature development and issue fixing. Coach direct staff towards career goals, assigns tasks and monitor performance. Engage hands-on in technical design discussions and advise/unblock developers when they hit roadblocks. Guide technical strategy with consideration for the latest trends and technologies. Ensure high quality code via design reviews, code reviews, and proper unit test coverage. Work closely together with the team from client Manager/Leads & QA. This includes participating in release planning and regular sprint planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives, UE reviews and scrum. Report status on project deliverables to upper management and mitigate risks as they arise. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to resolve people related issues, as well as technical challenges Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle Strong experience with web front-end technologies including AngularJS/ReactJS JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3 Experience in building custom UI components Familiarity with responsive design Solid background of working with REST and SOAP web services Strong project management experience in complex projects Other Mandatory Aspects Early/Immediate joiners are welcome Personal Skills Excellent communication as well as documentation skills Ability to work in a team or independently and contribute to the collaborative efforts of the team.
