To give support to customers by remote support/visit for troubleshooting the software problems, installation/reinstallation, troubleshooting, ticket management etc Responsibilities and Duties : - To independently solve client problems as per tickets assigned - Technology Savy person with a problem-solving attitude. - Customer focused attitude and strong willing to resolve the customer issue. - Good written and verbal communication skills - Avid internet user, with strong inclination towards technology - Innovative, Highly motivated and energetic team player, with excellent interpersonal skills Technical Skill Required: Language- PHP / Database- Mysql / MSSQL Basic knowledge of- Linux and Windows Operating Systems Additional: Knowledge about Configuration and troubleshooting mail clients using IMAP/POP/SMTP will be considered positive.
