Responsibilities and Duties Requires minimum 0.6 - 2 year of experience Maintaining employee database Conduct telephonic preliminary interviews/personal interviews Coordinate with heads for recruitment Joining Formalities Preparing & Issuing HR Related Letter Should have Experience in Handling Salary Concerns/Statutory Compliances Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality Experience with Pre activities & post activities of payroll (Attendance/Leave Management/Shift Scheduling Etc) Helping and assisting manager in all HR related activities. Should have good communication skills The role will support the HR senior management
