Job Description

- Organising & conducting recruitment drives for regular staffing needs - Building a database of recruitment sources for seasonal hires - Driving induction programs for all new hires - Proactively drive positive employee relations across the business - Handling all employee grievances and resolving issues within specified TAT - Leading the HR-helpdesk set-up across all branches - training executives on handling all queries relating to pending salaries, return of original certificates, transfer of teachers and resolving any other complaints - Conducting exit interviews and analyzing attrition figures Maintaining the HR - Management System on ERP - Training users on handling the ERP system - Liaising with internal IT department to resolve any issues - Ensuring data hygiene - capturing of employee personal and service details - Periodic people audits to ensure documentation support for HRMS data - Ensuring streamlined execution of attendance capture through biometric devices Responsibilities and Duties Payroll: - Providing timely payroll inputs to payroll department from the branches - Coordinate with branch Operation managers, Executive assistants and staff for payroll inputs - Checking paysheets for proper salary disbursal Employee Communications: - Communication of HR policies, pay slips, statutory deductions and clarifying doubts regarding these to employees on an ongoing basis - Training of stakeholders for effective implementation of HR policies - Interactive sessions with employees for feedback on HR policies Desired Candidate Profile: - Graduation/Masters from good institute with 2-3 years of experience - HR operations experience mandatory - Excellent people management skills - ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Good written, conversational and communication skills - Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams - Willingness to learn, self-motivated and capable of handling unstructured work scenarios - Willingness to travel - 50-60% travel within same city to each of the branches - Experience in running manual payroll or payroll in a software will be a great positive point.
