Deeply understand and communicate (internally and externally) the needs of our target market, and the ways in which our products/services uniquely address them Collaborate with Product Management to refine our product value proposition and positioning Build the strategy around the messaging, marketing and sales process for new product, feature and service launches Driving the digital strategy for the brand portfolio Devising strategies to drive online traffic to company/brand websites Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC Overseeing & driving the social media strategy for the company Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness Managing the redesign of the company website Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data Reviewing new technologies and keeping the brands at the forefront of developments in digital marketing May also include consumer based activation
