  An ideal candidate will have overall IT industry experience in the range of 3 to 6 years of which 3 to 5 years must be in generating new business Must have prior experience in sourcing leads, selling technology services and be a self-starter Must have experience working in global delivery model Must have prior experience working in a revenue target driven role Must have demonstrated experience of consultative selling Should have broad understanding of IT Services / Technologies Should have demonstrated experience of developing and selling in to C-level contacts in the industry Overall experience in Sales, Contract negotiation, effective presentations and a solution provider mindset is essential Must have prior work experience selling Microsoft services Responsibilities: Will be responsible for bringing in new business of Microsoft Services Will carry individual revenue target Will be responsible for driving new account wins and new revenue Define a compelling proposition and vision for each sales opportunity Leading the sales process Should provide insight to the business on market trends affecting clients Build and nurture relationships within the new accounts Work closely with account team (e.g. service line leaders, partners, practitioners and other business development professionals) to develop strategies and tactics that drive targeting programs and win business Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, Must have prior work experience selling Microsoft services ,IT industry experience, Experience interfacing with the customers and vendors at various levels especially at the CTO/CIO/ VP/Director level Must demonstrate the ability to be a team player attitude
