  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for understanding and meeting team volume metrics on a daily basis. Maintaining performance objectives and qualitative goals. Maintain training and development programs. Monitors and analyzes turnaround time of operations team. Implements changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Create and maintain excellent internal customer service between employees. Conduct continuous training and coaching to employees to improve performance. Maintain department morale and encourage a sense of pride in their work product. Track accuracy and pinpoint problems with employees or process. Communication with senior management to execute company objectives. Understanding HIPAA guidelines and supporting legal documents. Qualifications and Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point Advanced technological skills Proficient utilization of office equipment such as scanners, copiers and printers Ability to prioritize, organize, manage time effectively and meet critical deadlines. Ability to motivate and manage a team Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Tactful and diplomatic coaching style required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 1 to 3 years of record retrieval and management experience Six Sigma Certification / PMP are a plus, but not required. Ability to live in Montego Bay, Jamaica for 12 months.
