  We are looking for professional candidates for the KPO operation where we are providing back office services for the renowned Bank and Mortgage firms of United States.   JD - Process Associate - Mortgage   Key Responsibility Areas: ?  Perform the audit per the Checklist, instructions and process updates. ?  Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with the checklist and guidelines issued by the client. ?  Stays updated with the regular updates from the client and process the files within the defined quality benchmarks. ?  Process the file in a fixed timeline & maintain a minimum Quality benchmark. ?  Communicate with client or any third party via phone/email as and when required. ?  Perform any additional task(s) relating to the process assigned by the management.   Skills Required: ?  Computer proficiency - MS Office ?  Good communication skills ?  Good logical and analytical skills ?  Willingness to work in night shifts Others: ?  Should be willing to work for a minimum of 1 year   Package : ?   Monthly Rs 15000 CTC  (Approx. on hand would be Rs 12,500) Shifts : . Any 9hr between 7pm to 11am (Sat and Sun would be a fixed off) . Transportation would be provided in night shifts for female candidates
